Carol Grogan - Owner

Carol Grogan began her title career in 1977 in Houston and in the ensuing twenty-eight years she¹s mastered abstracting, examination, and the many fields related to real property research. She has logged many years as a plant manager for major title companies and has a particular expertise in Right of Way issues and in the investigation of cellular tower sites. For the last decade Carol has owned her own company. She has excelled as an independent business owner, which is no small accomplishment for a dedicated wife and mother competing in a very demanding field. Zach Grogan, Carol's son, is a college student and a part of the Central Tejas team. Zach, is a tried and true employee who shares his mom¹s supercharged work ethic.

Cathy Hillis - Owner

Cathy Hillis began in 1980 as a "land man" for an oil company in Houston, Texas and developed a special affection for abstracting. This led to title examination where she has proven to be an asset to title plants here in central Texas for twenty years. She is the "go to" person when clients with specialized title needs warrant customized help. Cathy is bi-lingual and bi-cultural and will be happy to translate your Spanish closing or any real estate related meeting professionally and with care to privacy. Anyone who has worked with Cathy can tell you her devotion and humor makes a hard day at work seem like exactly where you wanted to be. Carmen, Cathy's daughter is a college student and works here with us too. She is learning the business and is an integral part of our day.
