We provide owner lien encumbrance reports, we research easements, restrictions, and right of ways. We do Deed of Trust assignment searches and all other real estate related research in Travis, Hays, Bastrop, Caldwell, and Williamson Counties.-

Who We Are

Ours is a partnership of experience, featuring two veterans of the title business whose tenure spans three decades. Carol Grogan is a long-time title examiner and owner of her own title research company for the last ten years and Cathy Hillis is an established name in the Texas title business with impeccable credentials.
